This privacy policy applies to the SnapTime : TimeStamp Camera mobile application (the "Application") for Android devices, created by OF9Soft (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided free of charge and is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to the Service Provider. It has no user accounts, no advertising, and no analytics. Everything the Application does happens on your device.

Photos you take with the Application, including the timestamp drawn onto them, are written to storage on your own device. They are never uploaded anywhere by the Application. The Service Provider cannot see them.
If you choose to share a photo using your device's share sheet, the photo is handed to whichever application you select. What happens to it after that is governed by that application's own privacy policy, not this one.
Your preferences, such as the timestamp format, font, text color, opacity, and stamp position, are stored locally on your device using Android's standard preference storage. They are not transmitted anywhere.
The Application is distributed through Google Play. Google collects certain information in connection with app distribution, crash reporting, and app health, independently of the Service Provider. See the Google Privacy Policy.
To render the timestamp font styles you select, the Application may request font resources from Google
Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com). Such a request is handled by Google and is subject to Google's
privacy policy. No photo, setting, or identifier from the Application is included in it.
There are no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, and no other third party services in the Application.
The Application is not directed at any particular age group and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the Application collects no data at all, no personal information from a child can be collected through it. If you believe a child has provided information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at the address below.
The Service Provider holds no data about you, so there is nothing to retain or delete on its side.

Because no data leaves your device through the Application, there is no transmission to intercept and no server-side store to breach. Data on your device is protected by Android's application sandbox and by whatever screen lock and encryption you have enabled.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
